Job summary

Integrity Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive (Business Development Manager) in Malaysia to hunt for new clients, renew existing accounts, and drive revenue. You will report to the Managing Director, negotiate deals, and meet quarterly and annual targets with bonuses offered for over-achievement.

This role requires a proven sales track record in consulting services, strong presentation skills, and the ability to build relationships through events and direct outreach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in selling Consulting services.
• Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written.
• Chinese/Mandarin language is a big advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identification of prospects, canvassing and cold calling to set meetings with potential customers
• Networking by attending events, conferences, seminars, cocktails etc.
• Prepare sales presentations to prospective clients
• Prepare proposals/quotations according to the client's needs and objectives
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement to close sales
• Identify market demand, understand market trends, bench-marking
• Contribute to business development by developing partnerships
• Renew existing clients
• Develop current system related to prospects, sales and account management
• Coordinate and collaborate with other divisions related to Sales activities
• Deliver agreed sales targets.
