Growthdesk is looking for a tenacious Sales / Business Development Executive to drive new business acquisition in Malaysia. This role focuses on client-facing sales, requiring an individual eager to exceed targets and earn significant commissions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in sales within a marketing agency and expertise in sectors like Real Estate or Healthcare. The position includes travel for client meetings and offers attractive compensation and opportunities for permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven, client-facing experience in a pure sales 'hunter' or BD role.
• Mandatory experience working within a Creative, Digital, or Full-Service Marketing Agency.
• Experience in Real Estate or Healthcare is highly preferred.
