Job summary

Biszon Flexipack Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure machines run in good condition and to service equipment according to the maintenance schedule.

You will perform repairs, installations, and adjustments, keep the work area tidy, and support operations across rotating AM/PM shifts, with on-call duties for emergencies.

The role emphasizes compliance with company standards and customer requirements, with a focus on preventing downtime and maintaining safety.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from Maintenance Executive.
• Ensure machines run in good condition during operation.
• Keep the working area neat and tidy.
• Keep tools in proper place.
• Repair, install, adjust machines as necessary.
• Maintain and service machines per the Machine Service Schedule.
• Comply with company systems and applicable legal/customer requirements.

Job description

1. Follow instruction given by Maintenance Executive.

2. To ensure all machine are run with good condition during operation.

3. Kept the working area neat and tidy.

4. To keep tools in proper place.

5. Repairing, installing, adjusting machine if necessary.

6. Maintain and servicing machine by follows Machine Service Schedule.

7. To comply with all implementations pertaining to company certified systems applicable legal requirements & applicable customer/product requirements.

Working Hours

This role requires flexibility to support operational needs, including rotational shifts:

AM Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

PM Shift: 11:00 PM - 08:00 AM

On-call support for facility emergencies and after-hours activities may be required.
