Job summary

ComRel Technologies Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks a Mandarin-speaking service technician to serve Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers. You will install, commission, and maintain machines and equipment, both on-site and in-house, and ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate holds SPM/Diploma/Certificate in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, is a team player with good communication, willing to work after hours, and holds a valid Malaysian driving licence.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen.
• SPM/Diploma/Certificate in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
• Mandarin-speaking to serve Mandarin customers and suppliers.
• Willing to work after office hours.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of assigned products and ensure smooth operations while providing continuous service support.
• Perform installation and commissioning of machines/equipment on-site.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment in-house or on-site.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide quality after-sales support.
• Liaise and work closely with customers to address service concerns and resolve technical issues.
