Job summary

CNN Industrial is seeking a dedicated engineer to manage calibration projects and provide on-site technical support at customer sites. The role requires basic knowledge of process control instruments and strong communication, planning, and quality control skills.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with travel to customer sites and full-time employment available. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, plus own transport, are preferred assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering field.
• Familiar with process control instruments.
• Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are encouraged to apply; candidates with experience will have an added advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively and demonstrate good management, planning, cost, time, and quality control skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess own transport.
• Willing to travel and work at customer/project sites.
• Full-time position available.

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan, and perform calibration jobs, including the preparation of calibration reports.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting at customer sites.
• Support ISO/IEC 17025 certification activities, validation work, and laboratory compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Perform quality control checks on work completed by contractors.
• Monitor site progress and ensure all work is completed according to schedule.
• Plan, execute, and review project activities.
• Liaise and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
