Job summary

Job Search Asia is seeking a capable technician/customer service professional in Johor Bahru. You will attend outfield repairs, install services, and hygiene maintenance while handling in-house repairs for small appliances.

You will ensure high service standards and provide technical advice to customers, reporting findings from site inspections. The role requires 3+ years in technical or customer service, strong BM and English communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Technical Certificate or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years in technical service or customer service roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and email communication.
• Customer-first mindset with friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Attend outfield services such as repairs, installations, and hygiene maintenance.
• Handle in-house repairs for vacuum cleaners and small appliances.
• Ensure every customer interaction meets service standards.
• Provide technical advice and support to customers.
• Conduct product inspections at warehouses or dealer sites and prepare basic reports.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers; manage daily admin tasks (job closing, payments).
• Track service performance (AR, RCT, FVR & NPS).
• Collaborate with Call Centre and Spare Parts teams.
• Support other ad hoc service activities as needed.

• Ensuring every customer interaction meets our service standards.
• Providing technical advice and support when customers need help.
• Conducting product inspections at warehouses or dealer sites and preparing simple reports.
• Preparing quotations and following up with customers closely.Managing daily admin tasks such as job closing and payment collection.
• Tracking own service performance (AR, RCT, FVR & NPS).
• Working closely with internal teams like the Call Centre and Spare Parts department.
• Supporting other ad hoc service activities as needed.
