Job summary

ComRel Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking Mandarin-speaking field service personnel to support customers and suppliers in Malaysia. The role requires an SPM/ Diploma in Electronic/Electrical Engineering and living in Penang, Seberang Perai.

You will install, commission and maintain machines on-site, provide after-sales service and build strong customer relationships while working after office hours when necessary.

• Positive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of assigned products and ensure smooth operations while providing continuous service support.
• Perform installation and commissioning of machines/equipment on-site.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment in-house or on-site.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide quality after-sales support.
• Liaise and work closely with customers to address service concerns and resolve technical issues.
