Job summary

Sinliplas Holding in Kulim, Malaysia, is seeking a maintenance technician responsible for broad mechanical and electrical maintenance of machines, equipment, workshop and QA gear to ensure smooth production.

You will provide technical guidance to production staff, support cost, productivity and quality targets, install and service electrical systems, monitor ISO9001, ISO22000 and BRC documentation, and liaise with regulators as required.

Responsibilities

• a) Maintenance of machines and equipment—mechanical and electrical.
• b) Maintenance of production, workshop and QA equipment related to mechanical nature.
• c) Provide technical guidance to production personnel to meet cost, productivity and quality targets.
• d) Advise Maintenance Officer on machine condition and corrective actions.
• e) Assist Technical Manager and Maintenance Officer in troubleshooting malfunctions and establishing corrective actions.
• f) Electrical installation and maintenance to support production and facilities.
• g) Installation and fitting of machines/equipment.
• h) Keep machines/equipment and workshop clean and orderly.
• i) Maintenance of the building.
• j) Undertake other duties as directed by Maintenance Officer.
• k) Liaise with DOE, DOSH, Bomba and other authorities.
• l) Monitor compliance with ISO9001, ISO22000, BRC and related documentation.

• a ]Responsible for maintenance of the machines and equipment both mechanical and electrical.
• b] Responsible for production, workshop, and QA equipment maintenance related to mechanical nature.

• d] Advises the Maintenance Officer on the machine condition and necessary corrective action.
• e] Assists the Technical Manager and Maintenance Officer in trouble shooting machine / equipment malfunction and establishes corrective action.
• f] Responsible for the electrical installation and maintenance to support production and general facilities.
• g] Responsible for the machine / equipment installation and fitting jobs.
• h] To keep the machine / equipment and workshop clean and orderly.
• i] Responsible for maintenance of the building.
• j] To undertake other duties assigned or directed by the Maintenance Officer from time to time.
• k] Liaise with regulatory authorities such as Department of Environment (DOE), Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH), Bomba and etc.
• l] Responsible on monitoring the compliance with ISO9001, ISO22000, BRC Standard and related documentation.
