Job description

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify equipment issues and prevent failures.
• Respond promptly to machine breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Install, test, and commission new equipment and machinery.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and equipment documentation.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Assist engineers in equipment modifications, upgrades, and improvement projects.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend maintenance or process improvements.
• Calibrate tools, instruments, and equipment as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following 5S practices.
• Support spare parts inventory management and report parts requirements.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Responsible for setting up production machines and ensuring readiness through First Article Inspection

Qualifications

• Diploma, Certificate, or Technical/Vocational qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in equipment maintenance or a manufacturing environment (fresh graduates may be considered for junior positions).
• Basic knowledge of wire harness builds and organizes electrical cable, wire, and connectors used in machines, vehicles, and electronics.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and measuring instruments.
