Job summary

Sunrise Recruit (CP4U) is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plant machinery and utility systems.

You will follow SOPs to protect hygiene and safety, maintain logs for maintenance activities and inventory, and support operations with overtime, shift rotations, and emergency breakdown responses when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective repairs on plant machinery and utility systems.
• Comply strictly with safety policies and regulations, including OSHA, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Maintain logs for maintenance activities, work order reports, and spare parts inventory tracking.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to protect product hygiene, workplace safety, and operational continuity.
• Support operational needs through overtime work, shift rotations, and attending to emergency breakdown call-outs when required.
• Execute additional technical and operational tasks or reassignments assigned by management.

Job description

• ii) Comply strictly with safety policies and regulations, including OSHA, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• iii) Maintain accurate, timely logs for maintenance activities, work order reports, and spare parts inventory tracking.
• iv) Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to protect product hygiene, workplace safety, and operational continuity.
• v) Support operational needs through overtime work, shift rotations, and attending to emergency breakdown call-outs when required.
• vi) Execute additional technical and operational tasks or reassignments assigned by management.

Working hours: 8.00am - 5.30pm | 8.00am - 5.30pm
