Job summary

CHJ Property Sdn Bhd seeks a facilities maintenance technician to oversee electrical and mechanical system upkeep across buildings, including HVAC, chiller, FCU, lighting, wiring, escalators, lifts, kitchen systems and firefighting systems with CMMS and BMS.

Responsibilities include corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance, electrical safety, contractor coordination, and supporting event setups for marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum PW2/ PW4/ A1 / A4 certificates or equivalent
• Experience in facilities/building maintenance is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical and mechanical systems across buildings (HVAC, chiller, FCU, lighting, wiring)
• Perform corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance
• Uphold electrical safety awareness and prevention
• Monitor and coordinate contractors and sub-contractors for maintenance work
• Support marketing event setups as needed

• Maintenance of building electrical and mechanical system; HVAC & chiller system: FCU, lightings, wiring, escalator, lift, kitchen system, firefighting system, CMMS, BMS.
• Carry out corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Electrical safety awareness/ prevention.
• Monitor and attend to contractors and sub contactors for maintenance work.
• Support Marketing Event Setup

Requirement:

• Min certificate pw2, pw4, Aircond, A1, A4 or relevant.
• Experienced in facility or building, construction are advantages
