Job summary
Invenio PTL Malaysia is seeking an experienced Technician in Property/Building Management to perform preventive maintenance and handle electrical and automation breakdowns in commercial buildings.
The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and has at least 4 years of relevant experience; certification PW or AO is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Certificate / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in property/facilities management.
- Experience working in commercial/office/residential/shopping mall buildings.
Responsibilities
- Carry Total Preventive Maintenance System activities.
- Respond and attend to Electrical and Automation breakdowns.
- Carry out continuous improvement activities as per plan.
- Support and ensure line efficiency and low wastage.
- Ensure personal and employee safety during daily activities.
- Support energy saving projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

Candidate with certification of wireman (PW), AO or other technician certs will have added advantage
