Job summary

Iconique Espace Sdn Bhd is a Malaysia-based Interior Design & Renovation and Short-term Accommodation Management firm established in 2018. We manage properties across Klang Valley and provide one-stop services from design to renovation and property management.

The role focuses on hands-on maintenance of electrical, plumbing, boiler, and air-conditioning systems, with routine inspections, emergency response, and upkeep of guest units.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in electrical, plumbing, water boiler system and air-conditioner system.
• Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Inspect units regularly to ensure it meets staying standard.
• Arrange for routine maintenance in unit
• Organize repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests
• Act fast to resolve emergency issues
• Purchase / Send refill items to units eg: essential items (Toilet roll, Shampoo, garbage and etc)
• Set up homestay preparation
• Ad-hoc tasks
• Have own Motor bike or car
• High problem solving skills and able to solve problems independently
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical, plumbing, boiler and AC systems.
• Perform general repairs and carpentry tasks.
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect units and carry out routine maintenance.
• Coordinate repair projects with minimal guest disruption.
• Respond quickly to maintenance emergencies.
• Procure/move supplies to units as needed.
• Prepare units for homestay checks and guest stays.

Job description

Working hours: 9:30am - 6pm

Full time 6 days a week ( Off on Weekday or Weekend )
