IJM Industry, part of the IJM Group’s Industry Division, seeks a Supervisor Maintenance to leverage technical expertise in maintaining production systems and developing client relationships. The role involves solving complex problems, driving growth, and coordinating with ICP Piles, a major maker of high-strength concrete piles in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• To supervise daily maintenance activities ensuring smooth production operations.
• To monitor and carry out preventive, direct and corrective maintenance.
• To manage breakdown repairs and coordinate with production for minimum downtime.
• To prepare and update maintenance records and inspection checklist.
• To ensure safety compliance and implement improvement solutions in the factory Identify customer needs and recommend optimal technical solutions that deliver measurable value.
