Job summary

IJM Industry, South East Asia's leading concrete manufacturer, is seeking a Supervisor Fabrication to oversee mould repair and cutting operations, and to coordinate pile plug fabrication within high-rise construction projects.

You will contribute to manufacturing efficiency with expertise in Torch and laser cutting, manage inventory, and support procurement processes. The role emphasizes leadership, project management, and collaboration across site teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant Project Management experience.
• Experience in construction or high-rise building and infrastructure.
• Strong leadership and ability to coordinate workers and shopfloor control.
• Knowledge of industry procurement processes and existing network of contacts.

Responsibilities

• Look after the mould repair section and arrange mould repair works.
• Arrange S-plate cutting in Torch-acetylene and laser cutting, including inventory control and programming of cutting for other shapes.
• Arrange pile plug fabrication, inventory and delivery control.

Launch your Supervisor Fabrication career with IJM Industry, South East Asia's leading concrete manufacturer, gaining hands-on experience in construction cost management. You'll work on major infrastructure projects while developing expertise in our cutting-edge manufacturing processes. This role is for IJM Building Systems Sdn Bhd specialises in high-rise construction, offering integrated solutions from design to completion. It also advances automation and spun pile technology through the design, build, and installation of machinery for greater efficiency and performance.

Your Impact:

To look after the mould repair section, arrange the mould repair works

To arrange the S-plate cutting in Torch -acetylene and laser cutting, including inventory control and programing of cutting program for other type of shape.

To arrange the pile plug fabrication, inventory and delivert control

Must Have:

Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 1 years of relevant Project Management.

Experience in construction or High-rise building and infrastructure experience

Good to Have:

Previous experience in construction or High-rise building and infrastructure experience

Good leadership and cimmubrication skill in arranging workers & shopfloor control.

Knowledge of industry procurement processes
