Job summary

Team Printers Sdn Bhd is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Malaysia to lead daily operations, oversee routine inspections, and manage preventive maintenance for plant equipment. The role requires readiness to troubleshoot across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems and to collaborate with production teams to enhance equipment performance.

• At least 3 years working experience in related field
• Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task, independent
• Excellent interpersonal & good communication skills
• Can read and understand basic design and piping & instrumentation diagram documents

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support daily operations within assigned department.
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of the machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment, machinery, and facility-related issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to improve equipment performance.
• Manage spare parts inventory and order necessary supplies.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Suggest improvements for increased efficiency and cost reduction.
• Managing the budget for the maintenance of equipment.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks or special projects assigned by management.
