Job summary

LBS Bina Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across facilities, equipment and premises, ensuring safe, reliable performance and cost control. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate repair, install activities, manage contractors, plan preventive maintenance, conduct inspections, and prepare reports for management.

Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree and at least five years in maintenance management, with strong leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, facility management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant maintenance management experience.
• Strong knowledge of facilities, machinery, and building maintenance systems.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Budgeting skills and ability to monitor expenses.
• Ability to manage contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise, and manage maintenance department staff.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all repair, maintenance, and installation activities.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues.
• Ensure safety and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor maintenance expenses and manage the maintenance budget.
