Qualifications

• 3+ years in a maintenance department lead role in chemical manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, preferably with electrical system experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and electrical/mechanical components.
• Experience in developing and implementing preventative maintenance programmes.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a technical team.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing direction, training, and performance feedback.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Conduct training for maintenance staff on operation, safety procedures and new techniques.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as availability, costs and safety metrics.
