Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Malaysia to lead the maintenance team and optimize machinery uptime in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This role focuses on coordinating maintenance activities, preventing downtime, and ensuring safety compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering background with at least seven years in maintenance management and CMMS experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in leading and managing a maintenance team, with strong leadership skills.
• Familiarity with CMMS and maintenance planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations, including troubleshooting, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
• Manage and train the maintenance team, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of maintenance tasks.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and ensure machinery operates at peak efficiency.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance to reduce equipment failures and maintain high levels of operational readiness.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly to meet production targets.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
