Job summary

Sinergia Talents in Penang, Malaysia seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead facility projects, mentor technicians, and ensure HVAC and related equipment run efficiently. The role includes planning layouts, coordinating capacity, and driving cost-effective improvements across the facility.

You will oversee equipment safety, participate in budgeting, and coordinate with global operations to support a 24/7 business environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred with 3+ years maintenance management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Computer Aided Design (CAD) experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates facility related projects.
• Provides hands-on technical leadership and training within department (mentorship).
• Ensures existing facility equipment is running at maximum efficiency (i.e. HVAC, Air Compressors).
• Drives facility related corrective actions from quality indicators provided by BEI and contractors.
• Assists in the quoting process for new equipment.
• Plans capacity as it relates to physical product flow.
• Audits layout on a regular basis.
• Reviews and recommends capital equipment budget on an annual basis.
