Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams on industrial sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM) at the client site with your technician team to meet planned timelines.
• Oversee and troubleshoot major industrial HVAC systems (centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, AHU/MAU, VRF).
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized testing (NEBB) to fit maintenance schedule.
• Prepare and submit digital Service & Diagnostic Reports to client facility management on completion.
• Ensure maintenance work meets safety standards and OEM guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Target Execution: Coordinate and execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM) at the client site alongside your provided technician team, ensuring all tasks are finished precisely as planned and within the agreed timeline.
• Technical Oversight: Oversee and troubleshoot major industrial HVAC systems, including Centrifugal Chillers, Cooling Towers, AHU/MAU, and VRF systems.
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized testing (e.g., NEBB Cleanroom Performance Testing) to ensure their work integrates smoothly with the overall maintenance schedule.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate digital Service & Diagnostic Reports to the client's facility management team upon the completion of your targets.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure all maintenance work is executed to the highest quality, strictly complying with site safety standards and OEM factory guidelines.
