Job summary

Nam Lee Pressed Metal Sdn Bhd is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance across the facility, including preventive and predictive programmes. The role requires diagnosing faults in electrical machinery and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, has hands-on troubleshooting experience, and can work six days a week in Gelang Patah. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting of production machinery and systems.
• Ability to work independently and respond to urgent breakdowns.
• Manufacturing experience in a similar maintenance role is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety standards and risk assessments.
• Willingness to work in Gelang Patah and six days per week.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Capable of hands-on troubleshooting of production machinery, for example: Power Press, Bending Machine, Robot Arm, Laser Machine, Air Compressor and others.
• Able to work independently and respond to urgent breakdown situations.
• Preferably with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience in a similar role.
• Able to work in Gelang Patah.
• Able to work 6 days per week (Monday - Saturday 8am - 5pm).
