Qualifications

• Proficient in operating machine tools and basic fabrication processes.
• Able to analyse and work independently on technical drawings, calculations, setups, methods and equipment.

Responsibilities

• To co-ordinate and solve any technical problem within your knowledge in order to get the job done on time.
• To analyse and work independently on technical drawing, calculation, set-up, process, method, machine operations, tools and equipment.
• To prepare weekly progress report.
• To propose technical improvement on fabrication process, method and speed to meet company standard.
• To co-ordinate with others to develop good fabrication process for any job assigned.
• To have commitment on estimate hours and lead time when required.
• Responsible for arranging and completing all assigned job in time.
• To control the highest quality of products produced.
• Maintaining of machines and arranging for machines to be serviced when required.
• Responsible for machining and arranging for machines to be serviced when required.
• To ensure the working surrounding is kept clean and safe.
• To maintain cleanliness of the machine.
• To follow Work Instruction accordingly.
• All others responsibilities assigned by Supervisor from time to time.
