Job summary

SAM Malaysia is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting across manufacturing operations. You will work with business teams to collect data, reconcile metrics, and deliver insights that drive operational and financial results.

The role involves building financial models, budgeting, forecasting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data visibility and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of FP&A or commercial finance experience.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and accounting skills.
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented, proactive in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Cognos, Oracle, ERP, or BI tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

To support the company's financial planning and performance management by delivering accurate financial analysis, clear insights, and reliable reporting that help business leaders make informed decisions and drive overall operational and financial results.
