Job summary
FoundPac Technologies Sdn. Bhd. in Bayan Lepas, Penang is seeking a machinist to operate CNC milling machines, set up tooling, and ensure parts meet stringent specifications.
The role requires 2+ years CNC experience, ability to read drawings, and proficiency with metrology tools. A rotating night shift is included, with a 5-day week and benefits such as medical, dental, insurance, and training opportunities.

- Proficient in using measurement tools and metrology to verify mechanical dimensions.
- Must be able to work on a rotating night shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all machined parts meet required specifications and standards.
- Operate and set up CNC milling machines.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other machinists on the team.
- Operate multiple machines simultaneously, determining when tool changes are necessary.
- Consistently meet or exceed defined productivity levels across all products.
- Take responsibility for the manufacturing schedule and ensure all tasks are completed on time.

Must possess at least an SPM or the highest certificate in a relevant field.
A minimum of 2 years of CNC experience is preferred.
Ability to interpret drawings and follow process instructions.
Proficient in using measurement tools and metrologies to verify mechanical dimensions.
Must be able to work on a rotating night shift schedule.
