Job summary

Swisslog Holding AG in Malaysia is seeking a Microsoft 365 Administrator to maintain and advance our Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Copilot.

You’ll design automation using Power Apps and Power Automate, troubleshoot issues, and drive end-user adoption while ensuring security and governance compliance. Some travel and occasional non-standard hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator or similar
• Solid knowledge of SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Power Platform and Power Automate
• Basic understanding of EntraID and M365 Security & Compliance
• Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell)
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel a few times per year and work non-standard hours
• Desirable: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment (SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot)
• Implement and configure Microsoft 365 solutions to meet business needs
• Design and develop process automation using Power Apps and Power Automate
• Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365 issues
• Promote adoption of Microsoft 365 and support end users
• Consult and train users on Microsoft 365 features to optimize business processes
• Ensure security, privacy, and governance compliance within Microsoft 365
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements
• Stay updated with new Microsoft 365 features and updates
• Create knowledge base articles and share knowledge within IT
• Support audits and certifications (TISAX, ISO27001, etc.)
• Define and enforce department policies and budgets
• Adhere to corporate policies and legal requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned
