We are looking for a professional and pragmatic M&E Technical Engineer to be responsible for the full-cycle technical support, on-site construction guidance, technical scheme optimization and engineering technical management of mechanical and electrical engineering projects. The role covers building electrical systems, HVAC, water supply and drainage, fire protection, mechanical equipment installation and intelligent electromechanical systems. The incumbent will provide reliable technical support for project construction progress, construction quality and safety management, and cooperate with the project team to ensure the smooth delivery of M&E engineering projects.
Key responsibilities
- Compile, review and optimize construction technical schemes, construction organization designs and special construction plans for M&E projects
- Conduct technical demonstration for key and difficult construction links and put forward targeted technical solutions
- Provide full-process on-site technical guidance for M&E equipment installation, wiring, piping, commissioning and other construction works
- Correct non-standard construction behaviors and solve various technical problems encountered on the construction site
- Participate in project construction drawing review and communicate with design institutes and owners for optimization
- Complete pre-construction technical disclosure work and clarify construction standards and process requirements
- Track construction progress of M&E projects and supervise implementation of technical schemes
- Conduct regular inspection and acceptance of completed electromechanical construction works
- Support single-unit commissioning, joint commissioning and system debugging of electromechanical equipment
- Undertake technical communication and coordination with owners, design units, supervision units and suppliers
About you
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Building Electrical, HVAC Engineering or other related engineering majors
- More than 3 years of on-site technical management experience in building or industrial M&E engineering projects
- Familiar with the whole construction process of electrical, HVAC, water supply and drainage, fire protection and other electromechanical systems
- Proficient in national M&E construction specifications, acceptance standards and construction processes
- Skilled in using CAD, BIM and other drawing software, as well as common office software
- Able to independently complete drawing review, scheme compilation, on-site technical guidance and project commissioning work
- Possess solid M&E professional theoretical knowledge and rich on-site problem-solving capabilities
- Rigorous and responsible in work, with strong on-site control ability, execution and pressure resistance
- Excellent on-site communication, coordination and expression abilities
- Candidates with Electrical Engineer Certificate, Construction Engineer Certificate, Safety Officer Certificate and other relevant professional qualifications are highly preferred
