Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire protection systems; familiar with local codes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate M&E works for property and facilities projects.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
• Monitor site activities for compliance with drawings, specs and safety requirements.

About you

Familiarity with local codes, standards and statutory regulations.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
