WASRENO SDN BHD is seeking an experienced M&E Site Supervisor to oversee hotel interior design works. The role requires coordinating M&E trades on site, ensuring compliance with specifications, schedules and safety standards.

Based in Klang Valley and Melaka, the candidate should have at least a diploma or SPM in mechanical/electrical engineering with 3 years of construction experience and be proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD. Occasional outstation work is expected.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in construction industry.
• Capable of liaising with team members, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate M&E works at site.
• Monitor site progress and workmanship to specs.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Ensure M&E works follow schedule and safety requirements.
• Maintain records related to M&E work.
• Assist in testing and commissioning activities.
• Resolve technical and site coordination issues.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

M&E Site Supervisor (Hotel Interior Design Works)

The responsibilities of the Site Supervisor shall include the following, but not limited for:

1. Supervise and coordinate Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works at site.

2. Monitor site progress, workmanship, and compliance with project specifications.

3. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

4. Ensure all M&E work is carried out according to schedule and safety requirements.

5. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to M&E work

6. Assist in testing & commissioning activities.

7. Resolve technical and site coordination issues effectively.

8. Any other tasks that the Company shall assign from time to time.

Requirements:

Candidates possess at least SPM / Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences in construction industry.

Capable of liaising with team members, sub-contractors, and suppliers to resolve site issues and coordinate technical details.

Proficient in MS Office applications and experience using Autocad.

Based in Klang Valley and Melaka. Willing to outstation Works
