Job summary

Refcool Air-Conditioning & Engineering Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to monitor and supervise installation works across HVAC projects. You will liaise with architects, M&E consultants, contractors and owners representatives to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.

The role requires knowledge of air conditioning and ventilation systems, VRV/VRF, chillers, AutoCAD, and a minimum of three years' experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in HVAC/M&E projects.
• Knowledge of air cooled systems, inverter air cooled systems, VRV/VRF, and chilled water systems.
• Proficiency in English, Malay, and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise installation works undertaken by the company.
• Liaise with architects, M&E consultants, contractors and developers' representatives as required for successful project delivery.
• Site checks and inspections after work completion.
• Design and drawing of engineering proposals.
• Attend to and resolve technical problems of company products at site.

Responsibilities:

To monitor and supervise all installation works undertake by the Company

Liaisons with architects, M & E consultants, contractors and owners representatives (developer) and other parties as required for the successful accomplishment of project sales or domestic sales

Site checking and inspection with relevant parties after work has been done.

To undertake design & drawing of any engineering proposal

To attend & solve technical problems of any company products at site

Submission of progress reports and progress claims

Requirements:

Bachelordegree in Mechanical Engineering or other related technical field

Able to work under pressure within tight deadline

Applicants must be willing to work in KL and travel to outstation
