You will guide technical discussions with clients, provide optimization strategies, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with external partners to deliver high-impact, cost-effective solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in HVAC energy efficiency.
• Strong expertise in energy efficiency for commercial and industrial cooling systems.
• Excellent commercial acumen and business insight.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions with clients regarding their cooling system setups and energy efficiency goals.
• Provide expert advice to internal teams and external stakeholders on energy optimization strategies.
• Analyze clients' cooling systems to assess current efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop cost-effective, high-level design proposals and strategic solutions for prospective clients.
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with external engineering partners for project execution.
• Engage with OEM equipment suppliers across the region to support project needs.
• Oversee project management tasks, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Mentor and train junior staff to enhance team capabilities and performance.
