Job summary

EH Property Management is seeking a capable Civil Engineer to manage NSC activities for high-rise projects. You will coordinate resources, monitor schedules, and ensure work aligns with construction drawings.

The role requires liaison with clients, consultants, suppliers, and sub-contractors, plus attendance at site meetings. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in high-rise projects, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Construction.
• Experience in high-rise projects (4-5 years).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel and undertake overseas assignments.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and coordinate NSC activities and resources on assigned projects.
• Plan and monitor project progress and ensure works follow construction drawings.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and supervisors.
• Assist in resolving technical matters, prepare site meeting reports, and attend site meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Manage, supervise and coordinate all NSC activities and resources relating to the assigned projects.
• Plan and constantly follow up on the project progress & schedule and ensure works are done in accordance to construction drawings.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, sub-contractors, supervisors and all relevant parties involved in the project.
• Assist in resolve technical matters, prepare site meeting reports, and attend site meetings.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a professional Certificates, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Construction.
• At least 4-5 year(s) of working experience in high-rise project.
• Knowledge in relevant statutory requirement pertaining to constructions, safety, building by laws will be an added advantage.
• Mature and able to interact with different level of management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Possess own transport.
• Willing to travel and undertake oversea assignment.
