Job summary

Eng Han Engineering in Malaysia seeks a seasoned Civil Engineer to lead NSC activities on high-rise projects in Johor Bahru. You will plan progress, ensure construction drawings are followed, and liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to keep projects moving smoothly.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering, at least 5 years in high-rise construction, knowledge of safety regulations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in high-rise projects.
• Knowledge of statutory requirements related to construction, safety, and building bylaws is an advantage.
• Mature and able to interact with different levels of management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel and undertake overseas assignments.

• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a professional Certificates, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Construction.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in high-rise project.
• Knowledge in relevant statutory requirement pertaining to constructions, safety, building by laws will be an added advantage.
• Mature and able to interact with different level of management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.
• Possess own transport.
