Job summary

Orchard Wellness & Health Resort is seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team at our Selangor location. You will promote and sell wellness and health resort packages, build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth while maintaining top customer service standards.

You will manage the full sales cycle, conduct presentations, negotiate terms and close deals, attend industry events, and provide market feedback.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years proven sales experience, preferably within the hospitality, tourism or wellness industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional language skills are highly desirable.
• Professional and confident demeanour with excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage end-to-end sales process, promote and sell wellness and health resort packages to potential clients through various channels including telephone, email and face-to-face meetings
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by proactively following up on prospects and converting qualified leads into new business opportunities.
• Conduct business presentations, customer meetings and negotiations, while preparing quotations and proposals in accordance with company guidelines.
• Negotiate terms and close sales whilst ensuring client satisfaction and profitability
• Attend industry events, networking functions and promotional activities to generate new business leads
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activity and client preferences
