Hunters International Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at the headquarter in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. You will handle inquiries across multiple channels, prepare quotes and contracts, and coordinate bookings for corporate and leisure clients in a growing Eco tourism context.

You will work with the Sales & Marketing team to support promotions, events, and digital campaigns, while maintaining customer records and generating forecasts.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, hotel, resort, tourism, events, MICE, or related industries.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with reservation systems, CRM, OTA platforms, or digital marketing tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organisational and multitasking skills; customer-oriented.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation when required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle sales enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, social media and online platforms.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts and booking documents for corporate, group and leisure clients.
• Coordinate room reservations, events, group bookings and customer requirements with relevant departments.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales databases and booking systems.
• Support the Sales & Marketing team in promotional campaigns, events, exhibitions and customer engagement activities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and other administrative documents.
• Manage website, OTA and social media enquiries and bookings.
• Ensure prompt responses and excellent customer service.
• Perform other sales and administrative duties assigned by management.
