Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Wellness, or related field.
• 2+ years in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Account Management.
• Experience in hotel/resort industry is preferred and corporate client handling is a plus.
• Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills with excellent communication.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Support daily sales activities by engaging with prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Follow up on sales inquiries and leads to assist in achieving sales targets and business growth.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure a good customer experience.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain sales-related documents, quotations, and records accurately.
• Monitor sales progress, customer follow-ups, and project updates to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist in marketing activities, promotional campaigns, events, and networking initiatives when required.
• Support the team in preparing marketing materials and coordinating campaign activities.
