Job summary

Randstad Malaysia seeks an experienced Branch Sales Manager (Premium Wellness) to lead a premium wellness centre in Kuala Lumpur. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, drive revenue, and manage a high-performing team.

You will coach staff, optimize guest journeys, and collaborate with management on promotions and brand-building initiatives to grow the branch and strengthen Randstad's premium wellness offering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the branch day-to-day operations to deliver premium customer experience.
• Drive branch revenue, sales performance, customer retention and business targets.
• Coach and develop the branch team to maintain service standards and productivity.
• Oversee staff scheduling, inventory, facilities, and processes for smooth operations.
• Build relationships with customers and address feedback to ensure satisfaction.
