Job summary

Loro Piana in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned Store Manager with a deep passion for luxury goods. You will lead a high-performance team, uphold brand DNA, and drive sales through superb service and adherence to Galateo and operational standards.

You will analyze market trends, develop new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and ensure training, product knowledge, and visual standards across the store, reporting to Retail Director.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' work experience in a Luxury Goods business in complex and international environments.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people development abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reflects the corporate image in terms of standing and ensures team alignment with Brand DNA.
• Optimizes sales performance by executing selling Galateo and standards.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and high satisfaction through effective team management.
• Recruit, retain and develop customers.
• Manage CRM KPIs and data for reporting and strategy.
• Motivate the team, create a positive environment and drive innovation.
• Coach and tailor development plans with Retail Excellence.
• Ensure staff growth, product knowledge and luxury industry training.
• Set targets and monitor performance to achieve goals.
• Keep the team informed about store performance using official tools.
• Oversee visual merchandising and ensure displays align with guidelines.
• Ensure security and Health & Safety procedures.
• Responsible for stockroom product and materials management.
