Job summary

Strong leadership and staff development abilities.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with English and Mandarin/Chinese proficiency.

Responsibilities

Meet set sales targets by effectively leading and developing a team of sales staff.
Provide training and coaching to ensure service standards are met at all times.
Oversee VIP Program and various promotion programs.
Ensure a high level of customer service and identify initiatives for improving service standards.
Prepare sales reports for senior management communication.
Monitor stock and inventory to meet operational needs.
Develop and implement retail activation initiatives to maximize sales and brand presence.
