PERSOL Malaysia is seeking a Store Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead a high-performing team and deliver a premium brand experience. You will establish standards, drive sales, manage staff productivity, and cultivate client relationships in a fast-paced luxury fashion environment.

The role emphasizes profitability, visual presentation, and exceptional customer service. The position requires 3–5 years of leadership experience in retail, a relevant degree, and strong English communication.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of store management or equivalent retail leadership experience.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Execute clienteling and customer engagement initiatives.
• Represent brand professionally in the local market.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences and competitors to identify business opportunities.
• Support local marketing activities.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance and take corrective action.
• Analyse KPIs to identify opportunities to improve sales, conversion and productivity.
• Manage store expenses, manpower planning and scheduling.
• Maintain customer service, visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
