Job summary

LUXASIA in Malaysia is seeking a Training Executive to support the execution of training and capability development across retail channels. You will ensure frontline teams, retail partners, and brand ambassadors are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales targets.

You will deliver product knowledge, technology, sales, and customer service training in classroom, virtual, and in-store formats, while coordinating schedules and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in training, retail operations, sales, customer service, or learning & development.
• Experience in luxury, lifestyle brands, electronics, premium consumer brands, and retail is an advantage.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery & Facilitation across retail channels in Malaysia.
• Conduct product knowledge, technology, sales, and customer service training for staff and partners.
• Support onboarding and induction programmes for new employees and brand ambassadors.
• Deliver training sessions in classroom, virtual, and in-store formats.
• Maintain training content in line with brand and learning standards.
• Retail Coaching & Field Support through store visits and on-the-job coaching.
• Support product launches, promotions, and peak trading periods.
• Coordinate training schedules, venues, registrations, and logistics.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and learning data.
• Develop and localise training materials and resources.
• Gather feedback and identify improvements to training programmes.
• Prepare training reports and coaching summaries; assist audits where required.
