Job summary

LUXASIA in Malaysia is seeking a Retail/Sales Operations Executive to represent a luxury fragrance brand, delivering exceptional sales performance and a welcoming retail experience.

You will build lasting customer relationships, assist in store operations, and participate in fragrance launches and events. English communication is essential; Mandarin preferred for Mandarin-speaking customers; Friday–Sunday shifts required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a strong sales orientation.
• Pleasant disposition and well-groomed appearance.
• Have strong product knowledge and passion in Fragrance.
• Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Willing to commit to retail operational hours and available to work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer requests and enquiries on fragrance products.
• Recommend the ideal fragrance product to customers according to their individual preference through knowledge sharing.
• Maintain good relationship with customers to build customer loyalty.
• Basic housekeeping of work area.
• Assist in retail operations, e.g. stock take.
• May be required to be involved in new beauty products launches & related events.
