Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is seeking a highly service-oriented Residences Concierge to join our luxury hotel and residence team. You will address homeowner, resident, and guest requests with warmth, accuracy and care to uphold Four Seasons standards.

The role requires SPM level or above and 2–3 years in a luxury hotel or high-service environment, plus proficiency in Microsoft applications and property management systems. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.

Qualifications

• SPM level or above is required.
• Excellent reading, writing and speaking in English.
• Excellent Bahasa Malaysia reading/writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Respond to owner, resident and guest requests with the highest level of hospitality.
• Process packages, faxes, messages, mail and related items accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to handle additional requests as needed.
• Keep desk collateral and information up to date for residences, hotel, restaurants and local attractions.
• Utilize software to input special arrangements and ensure correct billing.
• Assist during emergencies and provide updated resident lists when necessary.
