Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Concierge.
• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must have the right to work in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Display a friendly, courteous and professional manner with guests and staff.
• Respond to guest interactions efficiently to maximize satisfaction.
• Provide local recommendations and personal touches to guest requests.
• Follow Four Seasons’ policies and service standards in all interactions.
• Assist guests with bookings and confirmations as required.
