Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Hotel Assistant Manager – Front Office to oversee daily Front Desk operations, cashiering, and guest service. You will coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, mentor the Front Office team, and maintain operational standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Front Office in luxury settings, strong leadership, and excellent English communication; Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of Front Office experience in luxury or upscale hotels.
• Excellent communication and guest-relations skills.
• Fluent English; Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out and cashiering.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge and other departments for seamless service.
• Lead, coach and support Front Office colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor billing accuracy and guest accounts; ensure timely follow-up on issues.
