Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Guest Services Supervisor - Executive Club to oversee the Executive Club Lounge operations with a focus on delivering personalized luxury service. You will supervise the Executive Club team, ensuring adherence to brand standards while supporting VIP guests and long-stay visitors.

The role requires 2–3 years in luxury hospitality, strong leadership, and excellent communication, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Front Office or Executive Club in luxury hospitality.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with Opera or similar PMS is an advantage.
• English proficiency; Bahasa Malaysia reading/writing required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the Executive Club Lounge with service excellence.
• Lead, motivate, and support Executive Club colleagues.
• Welcome and assist VIP and long-stay guests.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Prepare operational reports and assist with inventory and lounge supplies.
• Act as Manager on Duty when assigned.
