Qualifications

• Diploma, bachelor's degree, vocational certificate or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years' experience in Front Office at a 5-star hotel or resort, preferably within luxury properties
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent English required; other languages an advantage
• Leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Familiarity with OPERA or other hotel booking systems
• This position is open to Malaysian citizens, permanent residents and spouse visa holders with the legal right to work in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Front Desk team, leading shifts with composure and care
• Oversee daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs and room assignments
• Provide training, delegate tasks and conduct performance evaluations to maintain high standards of service
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering and Food & Beverage to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Monitor and evaluate front desk operations and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Implement and oversee service standards and best practices to enhance the guest experience
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting and inventory management
