Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Hospitality Management preferred.
• 2–3 years in Front Office/Executive Club or similar luxury hospitality role.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent reading/writing in English.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia required.
• Must be eligible to work in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Executive Club Lounge, ensuring service excellence.
• Lead and coach Executive Club colleagues to deliver personalized guest experiences.
• Welcome and assist VIP and long-stay guests throughout their stay.
• Ensure smooth Club Lounge services including breakfast, refreshments, and cocktails.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, and F&B for seamless service.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out, reservations, transport, and special requests.
• Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational updates to the team.
• Support training and performance development of staff.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve service quality.
