Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant (Public Area) to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel’s public spaces, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and dining areas. You will ensure amenities are stocked, safety standards are followed, and guest areas remain welcoming and well-maintained.

Ideal candidates have previous housekeeping experience or training, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia

Qualifikationen

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an advantage; training will be provided.
• Good understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and guest-focused.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by hotel operations.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Must have the right to work in Malaysia.

Aufgaben

• Clean and maintain all assigned public areas, including lobbies, corridors, elevators, restrooms, restaurants, and other guest areas.
• Ensure public areas are consistently maintained according to hotel cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Replenish guest supplies, amenities, and other necessary items as required.
• Perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, cleaning, and other housekeeping duties.
• Ensure public restrooms are clean, hygienic, and well-stocked at all times.
• Monitor public areas and promptly attend to spills, stains, or other cleanliness concerns.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly.
• Assist with deep cleaning, special cleaning projects, and hotel events as required.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and provide assistance when appropriate.
• Follow established housekeeping, hygiene, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Maintain proper grooming, personal hygiene, and professional appearance at all times.
• Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operations and consistently high standards.
