The role reports to the Chief Concierge and focuses on supervision, quality management, and guest experience. The department works closely with Concierge, Bellmen, Doormen and Airport Representatives, with emphasis on IMS policy

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel front office operations.
• Strong leadership and supervision skills.
• Excellent guest service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Concierge, Bellmen, Doormen and Airport Representatives.
• Ensure IMS policy and procedures are implemented.
• Coordinate continuous training and IMS system awareness.
• Monitor OTPs and act upon them.
